Unni Web
Redesigning the information architecture to help users explore and search
product designer at Unni

Unni is Korea's largest medical aesthetics platform, helping millions of users understand procedures, compare clinics and doctors, and make decisions grounded in real patient reviews. Even though most web visitors arrived from search engines and were new to medical aesthetics, the web platform remained a limited experience designed for users who already knew what to look for.
I led the redesign of the web information architecture (IA) to support the full spectrum of user intent, from early learning and exploration to verification and consultation booking. This work established a scalable foundation for future feature development to better serve these journeys.
